From the Rising Sun Initiative
The Maestro himself Vernon J. Mobley will be recognized at the Black History Month Celebration for his outstanding contributions to music, and the Jazz art form, and, in commemoration of the legacy of Booker T. Washington, Vernon will be recognized for his excellence and impact at Penn State Lehigh Valley and DeSales University.
